If you are on a road shoulder, put hazards on, stay buckled if it is a busy road, and call 000 if anything feels unsafe.

Common questions
I ran out of fuel. Why not just walk to the servo? +
You can — if it is safe and close. But on the freeway, in a dodgy area at night, in 38°C heat, or with kids in the car, it usually isn't worth it. We deliver enough fuel to get you to the next servo. About the cost of a hire car for the day.
How much fuel do you deliver? +
Enough to comfortably reach the nearest servo, usually 5-10 litres. We do not refill your tank — we get you mobile again and you fill up properly at the bowser.
How much does emergency fuel delivery cost? +
Most jobs are $120-$250 depending on suburb and time of day. That is callout + fuel. Ben confirms the price before we start.
How fast can you get to me? +
Same response window as our other services — 35-60 min in Perth metro, longer for the hills or Mandurah. If you are on the freeway, Ben asks where the nearest off-ramp is and meets you there.
Do you deliver diesel and petrol? +
Both. Tell Ben the fuel type when you call. Wrong fuel delivery is the LAST thing we want, so we double-check.
What if I'm completely stranded somewhere unsafe? +
Call 000 first if you are in immediate danger (freeway lane, etc.). Once you are safe, call Ben. We will get to you as fast as we can.
