Fleet account questions
What is a fleet account? +
A standing arrangement for businesses with 3+ vehicles. We prioritise your callouts, invoice monthly instead of payment-on-site, and (depending on volume) give a discounted rate. The aim is to make wrong-fuel an admin item, not a crisis.
How fast is the priority response? +
Fleet clients jump to the front of the queue. Response is typically 30-60 minutes in the Perth metro depending on where Ben is at the time. If a fleet vehicle is down and a non-account caller is ahead in the queue, fleet wins.
Can you handle multiple vehicles at once? +
For one suburb, yes — if multiple vehicles need fuel-system work in the same place (uncommon but happens with bulk contamination from a dodgy tank refill), Ben can do them in sequence. For genuinely simultaneous jobs in different locations, we coordinate with you on sequencing.
Do you handle bulk contamination? +
Yes. If a tank refill at your depot dropped contaminated fuel into 5 vehicles, we can drain and flush the whole batch. Costs scale per vehicle but the per-vehicle rate is lower than spot-callout pricing.
