These terms apply to your use of our website and to the mobile fuel rescue service we provide. By using the website or booking a job with us, you accept these terms.

About us

Rapid Fuel Rescue Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") trading as Rapid Fuel Rescue provides 24/7 mobile fuel rescue services across the Perth metro area. This includes wrong-fuel drainage, fuel delivery for out-of-fuel vehicles, flat EV battery boost, and related roadside fuel assistance.

Using this website

You can use this website to learn about our services, find your area, and contact us. By using it, you agree:

• Information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You're at least 18 years old, or have an adult's permission
• You won't use the site for unlawful purposes
• You won't try to disrupt or compromise the site

Bookings and payment

• Quotes given by phone are estimates based on the information you provide (vehicle type, location, situation). Final price may change if the actual job is more complex than described.
• Payment is due on completion of the job unless arranged otherwise in advance.
• We accept payment by the methods stated at the time of booking.
• We may decline jobs at our discretion (unsafe location, unsuitable vehicle, scheduling conflicts, or anything that breaches our safe-work practices).

Service delivery

• We are a mobile service. We come to your vehicle's location within the Perth metro area.
• We aim to arrive within the agreed window. Things outside our control (traffic, weather, prior-job overruns) can affect timing — we'll keep you updated.
• You're responsible for being with the vehicle when we arrive and providing safe access to it.
• We carry standard public liability insurance for our operations and qualified technicians.
• If your situation requires towing or mechanical repair beyond fuel rescue, we'll let you know and may refer you to a partner provider.

Cancellations

Tell us as soon as possible if you no longer need the service. Cancellations after the technician has been dispatched may incur a callout fee covering allocated time and fuel.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

• Our maximum liability is limited to the price of the service we provided to you.
• We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. missed appointments, lost income downstream of a misfuelling incident).
• Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues with the vehicle (independent of the fuel issue we're attending) are not our responsibility.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Intellectual property

The content on this website (logos, text, images) is owned by Rapid Fuel Rescue Pty Ltd or used with permission. You can't reproduce or distribute it without our consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes will be handled in WA courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when changes were made.
